A Prom Night to Remember

On the 10th of May, our client as he attended his school prom, looking dapper in a tailored suit and radiating joy alongside his dedicated nan.

The event was a heartfelt celebration for this young man from Clacton, who has been under the care of First Option Healthcare for almost a year.

As he approaches his 18th birthday and prepares to transition into supported living, this prom night stands as a testament to his growth and the unwavering love and support of his nan and more recently the help of the First Option Healthcare team.

Support from First Option

Their journey with First Option began when his nan, after sustaining an injury, found herself needing additional support to care for him. This need evolved into regular nighttime care, with nurses stepping in to provide the necessary assistance. This care has been instrumental in allowing his nan to reclaim some personal time and respite.

The prom night was a highlight, not just for our client, but for his nan and all those who have supported him. Surrounded by family, friends, and classmates, he enjoyed the festivities and had a wonderful time!

A happy moment for us all

As he approaches his 18th birthday and prepares to transition into supported living, this prom night stands as a testament to his growth and the unwavering love and support of his nan and more recently the help of the First Option Healthcare team.

It was a very big and happy moment for all of us to see how much he has grown and how far he has come!
