Care Plans & Clinical Oversight

First Option Healthcare is clinically-led form the very top. As complex care specialists we have the highest level of knowledge and experience to draw on when supporting the delivery of healthcare services. We can undertake assessments and create care-plans from scratch – or provide expert clinical oversight for existing care plans as required.

HR Consultancy

Our First Option Direct HR consultancy provides employer peace of mind. Service-users and ICBs don’t need to worry about payroll, policies, compliance, or contracts. We can help to find the person with the rights skills and experience – or work with staff you have already appointed. We will then put everything in place to support their employment.
