As part of our service to you, we undertake our own comprehensive clinical assessment, with full care mobilisation, including bespoke care plan development delivered within a maximum of ten days from initial commission.

A dedicated clinical team will provide regular ongoing plan reviews, family support and advocacy. A monthly quality review enables the care plan and risk assessments to be updated as required, ensuring any concerns arising are dealt with in a sensitive and timely manner.

Our senior clinical team each have more than 20 years experience, they lead a fully comprehensive audit structure to ensure sound clinical governance is maintained throughout the service at all times.

We work with multiple Clinical Commissioning Groups, Commissioning Support Units and Local Authorities across the country, ensuring consistently high standards and continuity in the delivery of all paediatric and adult homecare packages.

Safety is a primary concern and we carry out a vigorous and thorough vetting procedure including employer references, eligibility to work, DBS, NMC and immunisation checks. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and maintain the highest data security standards. These include the completion of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit assessment, and using NHSmail for all information sharing.

In addition to meeting your homecare needs, we pride ourselves on filling last-minute staffing crises, even in the most geographically remote areas and often within 24-hours. Short notice does not mean compromise.
